1. Bookings & Delivery

Tuition is provided on an independent sole-trader basis. Sessions are conducted either in-person locally within East Yorkshire or online via video link, as agreed upon booking confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To maintain a consistent timetable, clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment instructions and session invoices are issued directly via electronic invoice or bank transfer prior to or on the date of the scheduled session.
